Decoprint moulds One-Shot
Decoprint moulds have been specially developed for
use on one-shot machines and offer maximum flexibility in praline design. The
system consists of an insert and a base plate, which must be ordered
separately. Thanks to the integrated positioning system for transfer sheets,
pralines can be easily customized with seasonal motifs, brand logos, or
customer-specific designs. This makes it possible to create unique products
with high-quality decorations directly during the production process.
Particularly practical: Many base plates are
compatible with multiple inserts. This reduces the need for additional
components and increases production efficiency.
How the Decoprint Process Works
- The
transfer sheet is placed on the base plate.
- The
positioning elements ensure precise alignment of the sheet.
- During
the one-shot process, the design is transferred onto the chocolate.
- The result is a perfectly decorated praline with an individual design.
The Appropriate Positioning Variants
SZ – Side positioning (optimized for Knobel one-shot
machines)
NT – Positioning with a vertical pin (optimized for AWEMA one-shot machines)
