One-Shot Moulds
One-Shot moulds are used on machines suitable for the corresponding process. The moulding line manufacturers use different mould sizes and different centering systems. Some machine suppliers prefer to offer nozzle plates which differ in nozzle distance and number of nozzles. The corresponding moulds have been developed together with the machine suppliers and have been optimized. In our catalogue, we classified the moulds according to their mould size and centering system. With the indication of the nozzle distance, you can make sure to choose a suitable mould. Some machine manufacturers work with flexible mould sizes and don’t need any kind of centering. For this kind of machine you can – generally spoken – choose all mould sizes, as long as the center distances correspond to the nozzle plate and the mould size isn’t unfitting due to any other reason.
