Spinning Moulds
SE-type spinning moulds (only for industrial use)
Brunner spinning moulds are used world-wide on spinning machines. The mould consists of 2 halves which are held together by magnets. Millions of hollow figurines are produced efficiently with them.
STEP 1
Before the chocolate mould for producing the hollow figurines is spun, the empty mould halves are decorated with coloured chocolate. Precise dosing, clear demarcation and observance of minimal line thicknesses are the deciding factors when it comes to achieving a perfect coloured surface. Afterwards, the mould is cooled until the decoration gets hard.
One mould half is completely filled with chocolate. Following, the mould halves are fixed together. Sealed magnets make sure that both mould halves are centred perfectly and tight together. A metal angle piece on the long (-L) or short side (-S) ensures a secure holding on the spinning machine. It depens on the article size how long the mould is spun on the spinning machine. Finally the mould is cooled until the hollow body got solid.
Our designers constantly develop new figurines which you can see on our online shop.
If you have any wishes or ideas we’d be happy to consider them!
